If your child, ward or you are a patient of a medical service provider which has signed up for our 'medical practice reputation management program', we may be saving your personal information in our systems, as provided to us by your medical service provider. This information is just adequate to identify you and enable us to direct your medical service provider to contact you in case you have expressed your opinion online regarding the medical service provider or in case the medical service provider wants to contact you for an online survey etc.; to improve the quality of service they provide to you.
We do not save any sensitive personal information in our systems, including information regarding your health or the treatment provided to you by your medical service provider. We never share the patients’ information with a third party except when we may need to do so in compliance of a competent court’s legal order or for lawful statutory reasons.
