DangerousI saw him once, Sep 25, 2024 & he's still making chngs to my records! First, he tricked me into signing a release to upload my records everywhere, which. I had to revoke! He disregarded conditions discussed during our appt because i told him i wasn't having 'recommended' annual wellness exams or another covid- vac. He is the most dangerous doctor I've seen--He went into my prior Internist's PRIOR RPTS and ReWorded, deleted, and down-played my conditions; deleted 'chronic' from those that aARE; & moved ACTIVE conditions to PAST! He made up how to take meds, so im dangerously taking them at the wrong time of day with other meds! Renamed mammogram, its freqncy & 2 of 3 prior dts moved its due dt up, had schedlr contact me so he could get his name & PCP plastered across every pg of the rpts & did SAME with my LC-Screenings! He annihilated my current & PAST Records, overdue date, He ref'd & chngd scripts on file to match what he puts on my med list & it's auto-updated everywhere!

Absolutely recommend Dr ChenDr Chen was very attentive to my ailments. Not only did he ask about all my symptoms and discomforts he also reviewed my heath history to give me advised and recommendations. He scheduled both my next testing and visit and explained in details what they will be about. I will absolutely recommend Dr Chen.
