The nurse Kim is a judgmental b-**ch and horrible at dermal injections. Half my face was drooping. Stay away from this so-called medical clinic!

Dr. Clark is a wonderful dermatologist, the best I’ve ever had. She has prompt, thorough, and very skilled. She takes the time to explain and personally calls me with lab results.

Dr. Menkes is a great dermatologist, not only he is extremely knowledgeable, but the is also professional and caring at the same time. highly recommended.

I would recommend against seeing Dr. Kerry Heitmiller, who I saw June 8, 2023. I was trying to get the first available appointment and I see why she had openings. I was overcharged for the level of care I experienced.She rushed through the appointment and tried to emphatically shut down the line of questions I had for her. Dr. Heitmiller has bad bedside manners and the condescending attitude she has made me feel like I was wasting her time. I was seen for less than 10 minutes but was billed 99204 which is a Level 4, meant to be graded for patients seen for 45-60 minutes.Word of warning: don’t get a prescription if you don’t need one because Golden State Dermatology claimed that’s what increased my level of care to Level 4 from potentially Level 3. I was so dissatisfied with my rushed appointment that I cancelled the follow up and didn’t get the prescription. I suspect that this office tries to bump up the levels they can charge patients, thinking most wouldn’t dispute it.

Highly recommend Dr. Kerry Heitmiller! Very kind and knowledgeable with great bedside manner. I've had really great results from my treatments!

When I get my fillers, it is always just enough and never contrived. The office is always efficiently and Dr. Menkes and his team work well together.
